Tuition and Fees

In exchange for the elementary school education provided by Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, parent(s)/guardian(s) agree to the following school enrollment policies. The tuition fee for children of parish members, registered and in good standing, attending Our Lady of School is as follows:

Parish Members:
Grades K-8 (first 3 children): $1,900.00 per child plus TSF Program
Full expectation of parish stewardship (dues)

Non-Parish Members:
Grades K-8 $2,900.00 per child plus TSF Program

Registration Fee:
A $100.00 per family registration fee is required when the tuition contract/enrollment form for the 2010-11 school year is returned.  This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward the 2010-11 tuition payment schedule.  Every family MUST SIGN a tuition contract/enrollment form.  A late fee of $50.00 will be applied if the registration is not received within the enrollment period.  If no contract is on file in the Parish Office, enrollment has not been established.  Enrollment forms will not be processed until all financial obligations for the present fiscal year are met.

All school tuition and the full, fair share of parish stewardship (dues) must be paid annually if parent(s)/guardian(s) plan to enroll their child(ren) in the school system.  The tuition is paid as per the chosen tuition payment plan and parish stewardship must be paid in full by June 30.

If the tuition parish stewardship (dues) are not paid in full by June 30 of each fiscal year, the established non-parish tuition fee will be charged for the next fiscal year.

No parish family will be turned away from the services of Our Lady of Lourdes if the contribution scale cannot be met.  Parish families unable to meet the terms of this contract (tuition and parish stewardship) are asked to call the parish office and request to speak with the pastor about their situation or request financial assistance.  All financial consideration is strictly confidential.

Families requesting financial assistance will be required to apply for any scholarships monies available. (i.e Blaise Peters Scholarship Fund and St. Vincent de Paul).  Application forms are available in the parish office and should be completed before March 15, 2011.

Tuition Payment Plans:
Families can choose one of the following options:

  • One full payment by August 15 of the school year.
  • Two payments payable August 15 and January 1 of the school year.
  • Ten payments payable on the 15th of each month; Nine payments from August through April using Automatic Funds Transfer.  The tenth payment will be made using a personal check by May 15.
